As a technology expert, you'll be a key player in developing, enhancing, and maintaining web and mobile applications across multiple business units under the parent umbrella. The incumbent should be technically savvy but have a passion for working with the business to solve problems and optimize their work! Requirements 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer with expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience in developer consumer facing web and mobile friendly applications Strong experience with API's and microservices Experience with unit testing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different business units across multiple levels Able to work in a hybrid (4/1) environment in Charlotte offices Responsibilities Lead the design and development of web and mobile friendly applications written in .NET languages, HTML/CSS, and MS SQL Server across 9 business units Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure quality project deliverables; including product, data, QA, and marketing teams Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure performance but also being able to scale as the company grows Conduct code reviews and identify bugs to manage to ensure the deployment of software across multiple platforms is ready Work closely with different teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, offering alternatives when required to ensure high quality deliverables Ensure proper documentation Serve as a mentor to junior developers
