Position Overview: As a Software Engineer at Spero Health, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that support our mission. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance. Write and maintain documentation for software applications, including user manuals and technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our software solutions. Contribute to the development of software architecture and design patterns that promote scalability and maintainability. Assist in the testing and deployment of software applications, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Key Requirements: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Reliable and energetic personality, with a passion for technology and innovation. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
