What You'll Do:Build Sierra's Products - We're investing heavily in our agent development workbench to make agent development at Sierra the best in the world.
Discover and Invent - Agent development is new to the world, so a big part of this job is to collaborate with others on discovering effective solutions to make significant improvements to the agent development life cycle.
Iterate and Refine - We believe that continued investment in refining a product and its workflows has an exponential impact on its effectiveness.

4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
Experience and comfort to build and ship full-stack solutions.
Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Even Better:Experience building AI-powered products.
A sharp eye for design.
Experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
Leadership experience on technical projects or teams.
