Software Engineer (University Grad) Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of relevant product area, codebase, and/or systemsDemonstrate proficiency in data analysis, programming and software engineeringProduce high quality code with good test coverage, using modern abstractions and frameworksWork independently, use available resources to get unblocked, and complete tasks on-schedule by exercising strong judgement and problem solving skillsMaster Facebook's development standards from developing to releasing code in order to take on tasks and projects with increasing levels of complexityActively seek and give feedback in alignment with Facebook's Performance Philosophy Minimum Qualifications: Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Compensation: $56.25/hour to $137,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
