Description As a Software Scrum Master , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions to our clients.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to facilitate the end-to-end delivery process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software on time.
This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Manchester, New Hampshire.
It's open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship.
The salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

Your impact: Collaborate with Product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Create and refine user stories in collaboration with product owners and teams, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for development.
Oversee the release management process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of software releases.
Coordinate release activities, including versioning, packaging, and deployment, in collaboration with development and operations teams.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to plan and execute testing activities, ensuring software meets quality standards before release.
Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and streamline delivery processes.
Your Profile: 2-5 years' proven experience in software delivery, release management, or a related role.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You'll be a top candidate if you: Have a Certified Scrum Master Certification.
Bring knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Are familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
