Software Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This role is based on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.



Key Requirements:

10+ years of experiencein software engineering, with5+ years in leadership roles.Expertise in.NET technologies(ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).Proven experience managing offshore development teams.Previous experience working with startups.Experience managing anR&D budgetof approximately$1 million per year.Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS/Azure) andAgile/DevOps practices.Strong understanding of themedia content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution. Additional Requirements:

Must be able to conductvideo interviewswith the camera turned on.U.S. CitizenshiporGreen Card holderstatus required.
