Solar Onsite Manager

Kelly is seeking a field service Site Manager that would service a solar site in Paris, WI for GE.

Position is 6-8 month contract role with the chance extending at other locations.

The Site Manager will lead site management processes for the solar plant in Paris, reporting to the Projects & Services Leaders.
You will lead the site team to successfully complete plant commissioning, start up, operations, and maintenance scope.
60% of your work scope will be administrative with 40% in the field.
This position will manage the execution of the customer contract from site mobilization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, issue resolution, and supplier management.

Prior BESS experience for this position is preferred.
You'll communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally.
