As a Solar Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing the sales process and closing deals with potential customers for our innovative solar energy solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solar sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
Responsibilities: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and provide them with detailed information about our solar energy solutions. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' energy needs and recommend the best solar solutions that meet their requirements. Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and other sales documents to potential customers. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Follow up with customers to address any concerns or questions and provide outstanding customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and market developments. Requirements Proven experience and success in solar sales, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and maintain relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Availability to work flexible hours and travel as needed to meet with customers. Benefits 100% commission only
