Job Description
Seeking an experienced Chef to join a 29m Princess, privately owned, foreign flagged.


Male or female Chef, culinary trained, with an emphasis on healthy cooking!

The crew are active and like to eat a healthy balanced mostly mediterranean diet.
Crew of 6 including the chef.

The galley is visible to guests so it is important that the galley is kept clean and tidy at all times with everything packed away.

Itinerary: Summers in the Hamptons, Winters in Miami and The Caribbean.
Occasional parties for up to 20 guests (family or buffet style), family program with lots of children on board.

Requirements

This is a fast paced program that requires a lot of flexibility and a good attitude, for the right person there this would be a great opportunity for growth as we are in the process of building a larger vessel.
