Title: Solution Architect
Location: Alexandria, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Responsibilities: Serve as a lead technical architect across the new business pursuit lifecycle, and within an integrated growth team, supporting proposal, capture, and business development activities. Provide end-to-end thought leadership across proposal responses that include elements such as technical solutions, partners, staffing, implementation schedule, and BOE. Lead solution development efforts across all Invictus proposals. Provide technical writing capabilities in the development of technical artifacts, white papers, statements of work, briefings, proposals, etc. Lead the development of notional, logical, and physical solutions diagrams, and integration of solutions into customer environments in a manner that fully meets all technical and management requirements. Support customer meetings to understand customer requirements and develop/deliver solutions presentations. Lead responses to customer RFIs, White Papers and RFPs, leveraging Invictus and partner solutions. Work with teaming partners and product vendors to develop technical solutions, integration of teaming partners' capabilities, pricing strategies, etc. Engage with engineering staff to extract information in a structured process to create winning technical solutions for proposals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, plus ten (10) years of directly related experience. At least seven (7) years of experience leading technical teams. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization. Experience performing IT systems engineering functions to include requirements analysis, architecture development, and engineering trade-offs. Proficiency in designing and delivering network solutions with contemporary network technologies. Extensive experience with writing proposals and program execution, including proposal content development. Solid understanding of project management functions. Knowledge of IT Operations including multi-tier operations/engineering and SLA management. Familiarity with full-spectrum cyber operations, to include vulnerability management, cyber governance, and cyber tool engineering. Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: Commercial or federal IT engineering leadership experience as a Chief Engineer or Chief Architect. Experience proposing and injecting new technology advancements into ongoing operations. Experience estimating technical and operations costs and planning the delivery of new IT projects preferred.
