Your role: As an Enterprise Services Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will also use your industry knowledge, specifically, diagnostic Imaging and radiotherapy, and technical acumen to architect innovative custom solutions that combine Siemens and 3rd-party products and services.
This is a remote position but will involve frequent travel to support customer engagements.
In this Healthcare Solutions Architect role, you can also expect to:
Lead ES bid submissions/proposal developmentDevelop and orchestrate partnership with internal and external stakeholders in line with ES strategy and principlesDrive business growth through successful delivery of assigned projectsSupport in the development and delivery of ES business strategy working across the Siemens Healthineers business areas (BA), aligned to the changing customer environmentEducate and support customers and partner organisations on the ES portfolio to drive ES business successCreate/architect commercial solutions that elevate Siemens position in the market, provide competitive advantage, and tangibly advance customer objectives in areas adjacent to Siemens products through a compelling value propositionProspect and support Consulting and Transformation engagements as requiredIdentify new areas for expansion of business scope through working with external organisationsManage risks and opportunities for opportunities to minimise exposureYour expertise: Bachelor's degree in business, or a proven track record in commercial organization within the healthcare marketAn in-depth understanding of the changing Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy environmentProven track record delivering high-quality results under time pressureExcellent knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK and IrelandIdeally, experience in Managed Equipment Services (healthcare provider - industry partnerships) including legal, commercial, and financing issuesDemonstrated commercial and financial acumen, and advanced negotiation influencing and interpersonal skillsStrong presentation, English-language communication, and writing skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas to c-suite level clients and senior stakeholders in the organisationBenefits: 26 days' holiday with the option to buy or sell an additional 5Up to 10% employer pension contributionShare and bonus schemeAccess to our flexible benefits from private medical insurance to dental coverCorporate Social Responsibility opportunities including 2 paid volunteering days per year and support from our 24/7 employee assistance programme.Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
