Solution Architect, Senior

The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in delivering customer value, designing and overseeing the implementation of complex innovation projects, and ensuring the specialized needs of healthcare, industrial manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage industries are met. The Solution Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to create a cohesive and scalable architecture that supports the company's industry-specific solutions.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Design and oversee the implementation of innovation technologies in Infor cloud solutions tailored for industrial manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage sectors.Ensure a consistently high quality of project delivery, using standard integration patterns and delivery methods ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance processes.Provide technology and innovation thought leadership to guide C-level discussions and influence customers' technology cloud strategy to generate greater adoption of Infor cloud technology in focus industry verticals.Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact and establishing a point of view to go to market helping our customers improve their core business.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Infor Cloud platform technologies.Basic Qualifications: Experience in IT architecture, with responsibilities in a senior management role.Industry knowledge of the challenges and requirements of the industrial manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage industries OR the healthcare industry.Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.Experience in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with other enterprise systems.Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and API management.Familiarity with industry-specific software solutions and standards.Industry experience of how technology can improve business and experience selling/influencing c-suite decision-making.Preferred Qualifications: Education or experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certification (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is preferred.Experience with digital transformation initiatives and Internet of Things (IoT) implementations.Certification in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.Remote (Dallas, TX, St. Paul, MN, and Alpharetta, GA)
