Job Description: Provide pre-sales support for Managed Security Services (MSS) and security consulting for designated accounts.Advise customers on security matters, assisting in developing business cases, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) justifications, while shaping requirements.Present and communicate the value proposition to customers at all organizational levels, addressing both technical and business audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and incorporate feedback on market-driven solutions and services.Job Requirements: Hold a degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Security, with a minimum of 1 year in a technical pre-sales role.Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft technical specifications.Possess technical knowledge or experience in:Security technologies (e.g., Firewall, Network IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security).Security products (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Splunk, Trellix) and the security marketplace.Familiarity with Chinese security products (e.g., ???, ???) is a plus.Virtualization and cloud technology.Managed Security Services (MSS) or knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) operations.Industry standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.Technical architecture design and responding to large-scale, complex RFPs.Security professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC, etc.) are advantageous.
