You. Platinum Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our fast-growing company.
This role is a REMOTE role. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Must reside in the United States.
What you get to do. •Leading technical teams to design and maintain network systems and security IT systems. 
•Ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in- house information systems that support core organizational functions. 
•Performs system analyses and simulations for interdependent technology systems, optimizes the system design by performing trade studies, flow down and verify subsystem and unit requirements, develop ConOps, support integration and testing, and/or validate interfaces. 
•Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and IT system solutions. 
•Leads analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture, affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
•Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization in cloud and SaaS environments.
•Drive the implementation of cloud-enabled and cloud-native solutions, leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
•Oversee the integration of systems and applications using microservices, APIs, and other modern integration methods.
•Implement and optimize DevSecOps practices to ensure robust security and operational efficiency across development cycles.
•Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
•Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements, especially in cloud and data security.
•Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including architecture designs, deployment plans, and operational guidelines.
•Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies, addressing technical debt and ensuring a seamless integration of new technologies.
Required Qualifications. •A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, along with an accredited qualification in management consultancy or a related field.
•Federal Agency experience
•Minimum of eight (8) years of experience 
•Minimum of three (3) years of experience in enterprise architecture.
•An active public trust is required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust.
•Minimum three (3) years experience - Designing and architecting large scale applications, including SaaS and cloud based applications.
•Minimum five (5) years experience - Java/Web Applications and contemporary development platforms/frameworks 
•Minimum three (3) years experience - Experience taking disparate business problems and delivering the best technology solutions for large scale applications 
•Knowledge of NIST SP-800-53 Fed Ramp controls
•Experience working in one or multiple IT areas, but with the versatility to grow in other areas: 
oCloud enabled/cloud native solutions 
oSecDevOps
oAdvanced Analytics 
oMachine Learning/Artificial Intelligence/Robotic Process Automation
oIntegration/API/Microservices 
oUser Experience 
oAgile Methodologies e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean
