Overview We are seeking an Manufacturing Solution Architect with a focus on North America to lead technical implementations on a project basis.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with customers to deploy software solutions that enhance profitability and reduce costs.
You'll work both pre-sale and post-sale as a subject matter expert, ensuring that our software aligns with customer needs and optimizes their manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering comprehensive Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions.Conduct in-depth workshops with clients to analyze and document their manufacturing workflows.Evaluate the customer's existing architecture and define the functional and technical requirements for MES implementation.Collaborate with customers to identify data gaps and optimize their production processes by addressing inefficiencies.Provide both remote and on-site training and ongoing support for installed IT solutions, including network and database systems.Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the software implementation process.Oversee the development of customer-specific software modules and customizations.Analyze MES data with customers to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.Advise customers on using our products to enhance their production operations.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, either as a subject matter expert or a lead consultant.Stay updated on product developments to provide technical expertise for customers, the sales team, and internal staff.Collaborate with the sales team as the technical expert to help secure new business.Participate in office collaboration with peers on Mondays and Tuesdays.Qualifications 5+ years of experience with MES software solutions or similar.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and logistics.Proven experience introducing software systems into manufacturing settings.Experience using software tools to analyze production performance and forecast data.Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.Effective communicator, capable of engaging with upper management and manufacturing engineers.Strong IT knowledge, including networking, database systems, and remote access.Scripting or coding experience (C#, JSON, REST) is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.High level of reliability, flexibility, self-motivation, and teamwork.US Citizen or Green Card holder; bilingual in Spanish or German is a plus.Benefits Competitive quarterly incentives tied to company results and personal goals.Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.401(k) & Roth 401(k) retirement plans.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.Voluntary long-term disability, identity theft protection, and legal insurance options.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
