We're seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with strategic public sector customers, guiding them from concept to production as they build transformative applications.
You'll work hands-on across all phases of the project lifecycle, embedding directly with customers to ensure their success.
This role is based in Washington D.C. or San Francisco, CA, with required travel to customer sites.
Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with public sector customers as their technical thought leader, helping to ideate, develop, and scale impactful applications.Maximize Business Value: Provide expert guidance to accelerate time-to-value for customer solutions and ensure alignment with critical objectives.Prototype and Build: Experiment and create proof-of-concept solutions directly with customers, delivering tangible results.Relationship Management: Engage with customer leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and long-term success.Feedback Loop: Gather and synthesize high-value insights to refine platform capabilities and enhance future applications.Qualifications:Active TS/SCI Clearance with PolygraphExperienced Consultant: 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, delivering impactful solutions.Leadership and Vision: Successfully led complex technical projects with diverse stakeholders.Customer-Focused: Proactively identify opportunities to maximize value while addressing unique challenges in public sector environments.Problem Solver: Own challenges end-to-end, learning new skills as needed to deliver exceptional results.Empathetic Collaborator: Humble, eager to assist others, and committed to enabling customer success.Adaptable and Efficient: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, capable of prioritizing and context-switching effectively.Take the lead in delivering mission-critical solutions that shape the future of technology in the public sector.
