Role Overview:
As a member of the Professional Services team within our esteemed Customer Success department, you will play a pivotal role in guiding new clients through their onboarding journey. This entails setting up their accounts, conducting user training sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition to utilizing our platform effectively. Additionally, you will offer ongoing support to clients seeking managed services assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
First Week: Immersion into the Customer Success team, acquainting yourself with our functions, tools, and colleagues.
First Month: Deep dive into understanding our products, their value propositions, and diverse use cases. Proficiency in conducting product trainings and multi-client onboarding workshops.
First Six Months: Execution of initial implementation cohorts and introduction to tailored enterprise solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
First Year: Consistently meeting or exceeding implementation and adoption targets, leveraging subject matter expertise to offer custom Managed Services in areas such as Public Affairs, Grassroots Advocacy, Stakeholder Mapping/Management, Legislative Tracking, or Graphic Design. Driving process enhancements to optimize implementation procedures.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in roles like Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Implementation Consultant, or Professional Services Associate within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
Background or expertise in at least one (1) of the following areas: Public Affairs, Grassroots Advocacy, Stakeholder Mapping/Management, Legislative Tracking, or Graphic Design.
Process-oriented mindset with adeptness in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to project milestones and internal metrics.
Innate ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships, whether in-person or online.
Strong communication skills, with a knack for garnering buy-in from relevant stakeholders and driving consensus.
Passion for technology and a penchant for educating others on leveraging technology to simplify everyday challenges.
Desire to make a meaningful impact on customer experience within a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
On Target Earnings: $72,500.00 - $87,500.00 (OTE expectations dependent upon base salary)
Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
Variable Compensation: Up to $7,500.00 in annual bonuses tied to performance against key performance indicators
