Responsibilities:

Speak up for our customers inside Pump.co. Understand what they need and make sure we go above and beyond for them.

Assist new customers in getting started smoothly. Make sure their first experience is positive and sets the stage for a lasting relationship.

Solve customer problems quickly and effectively. Work with our teams to find solutions that make our customers happy.

Teach customers about what our platform can do. Help them get the most value out of Pump.co.

Collect and understand what customers think. Use their feedback to make our platform even better.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience at a Dev tool or infra company, with deep knowledge about AWS, GCP and other cloud platforms.

Excellent communication skills to ensure customers feel heard and understood.

Ability to help new customers get started easily, ensuring their first steps with Pump.co are positive.

Collaborate with our teams to find solutions that make customers happy.

Understand our platform and explain it to customers, ensuring they feel confident using Pump.co.
