What's a typical day as a Sorting Operator? You'll be: • Ensuring a high level of product quality and promoting a defect-free environment.
• Preform basic set up, operation, and changeovers of the machines. Also participate in preventive maintenance.
• Load and unload raw material onto conveyors, production lines, and tubs.
• Operate sorting machines in a safe, productive manner.
• Work to reduce and eliminate production error and complete all paper work necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have 1-2 years of sorting inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Are knowledgeable in blueprint reading and manufacturing processes.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use measuring equipment.
• Have intermediate math, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Are dependable, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Have a valid driver's license and can pass a drug screen and background check.
