The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Enterprise Viability Team within Enterprise Data & Analytics department. This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.

Responsibilities:
Independently lead and execute multiple sourcing processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ) simultaneously, while delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
Cultivate trust-based relationships and earn a valued position among department stakeholders.
Analyze internal spend data and external market data to understand trends and potential areas of opportunity
Develop baseline cost for categories including total cost analysis, technical specifications and historical cost trends
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
Develop a decision matrix to drive objective business recommendation for stakeholders
Partner with Chick-fil-As Legal team to effectively resolve contracting issues
Create and execute on negotiation strategies to secure favorable deal/terms for Chick-fil-A
Build relationships with key supplier representatives and effectively escalate any issues that arise
Work collaboratively across the broader corporate procurement team to support transformation and change efforts in supplier relationship management, P2P, and procurement analytics
Orient, train, assign and check the work of junior team members and/or be designated as an informal team leader
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or other similar degree
Strong understanding of and experience in strategic sourcing methodologies
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to prioritize and adapt within a rigorous, quickly changing, and fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated high standards of excellence in work production and final work product and comfortable with ambiguity
Must maintain and promote social, ethical, and professional standards that reflect the core values of Chick-fil-A, Inc. when conducting business activities
5-10% travel required: Chick-fil-A Operator/market visits, supplier visits, and related conferences
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters in Finance, Supply Chain, or Business
Knowledge and experience with leading indirect procurement processes
3-5 years strategic sourcing experience
Leadership on cross functional teams
