About the Role: We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to execute procurement initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of sourcing and procurement requests. This role is responsible for managing vendor requests & required documentation, stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role has flexibility to based in our San Francisco or our Orange County office in a hybrid capacity.
What You'll Do: Coordinate and manage procurement-related requests: track ticket progress, identify relevant internal collaborators, and implement mitigation strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to ensure procurement strategies meet business needs Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and maintain alignment Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies Maintain detailed documentation and relevant progress updates through procurement tool (Zip)
