The purpose of this role is to perform sourcing and vendor management of the of real estate related services to support Lincoln's Clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and maintain sourcing strategies to support Client(s).
Serve as a company Subject Matter Expert (SME) for supply chain related topics and categories.
Develop, negotiate, and maintain Service Agreements with identified Vendor base; ensure Legal and Business Terms and Conditions are in alignment with corporate requirements.
Manage the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process to support established goals and requirements; gather key input from internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiate and implement complete and sustainable pricing for services rendered by contracted vendors.
Oversee Supplier Development & Diverse Supplier Spend Programs to ensure compliance with client goals.
Audit invoices to ensure invoice amounts align with contracted fee structure; resolve discrepancies in invoices prior release of payment.
Serve as the escalation point for teammates for vendor related issues, as needed.
Create and conduct quarterly business reviews with key vendors to discuss KPI performance, cost adherence, and other related topics.
Gather and maintain all compliance related vendor documentation (COIs and W9s) in the established system of record.
Maintain a contract database and ensure data integrity.
Handle other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Four year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of related Supply Chain/Sourcing experience with at least two years in a real estate support function.
ISM and/or APICS certification a plus
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Proven leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to recommend actions based on data analysis
Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
Ability to be flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities; sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-starter with excellent time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to maintain a proactive approach and a readiness to handle client concerns and processes, as well as unexpected emergencies
