What Youll Do: As a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine, you will:
Lead kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and creativity.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and restaurant leadership to develop and execute seasonal, ingredient-driven menus.
Mentor and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
Play a key role in menu development, sourcing local ingredients, and elevating the dining experience.
Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen budgets to ensure profitability while maintaining exceptional quality.
What Were Looking For:Experience: Proven track record in high-volume, high-quality kitchens.
Experience in New York Citys competitive dining scene is a plus.
Leadership: Strong management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
