Maggie's Farm in Middleton is looking for a Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team!
We are looking for someone with high volume experience, this is an incredibly busy location.
Must be able to run expo and will be a part of the management team.
We are looking for someone who is fluent or conversational in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Maggie's Farm is a busy, casual and professional kitchen serving up a versatile menu of pub style classics that include appetizers and a diverse range of main entrees that offers something for everyone.

What Will You Do as a Sous Chef at Maggie's Farm? Assist with the daily operations of the kitchen - providing professional leadership and direction Help set the pace and tone of the kitchen Support the Chef in providing ongoing training and staff development to your team Provide ongoing feedback an direction to your BOH team Support the Chef in maintaining cost management and profitability Lead by example Must be able to run Expo Take a hands on approach and be directly involved in all daily production Assist the Chef with producing an accurate physical food inventory as scheduled Work in tandem with the Chef and GM to provide ongoing training and education of the menu through pre-meal meetings and additional meetings as necessary The Benefits of working at Maggie's Farm!
