Responsibilities Responsible to perform massage therapy and other body services techniques to guests to ensure profitability, quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following: Perform massage and body treatments to standard of spa protocol. Perform treatments to designed standards on a timely basis and provide superior guest services. Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials.
Maintain towel, linen, and supplies. Assist customers with questions and sell goods and products to meet retail sales goal.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Knowledge of therapy concepts, techniques, and assessment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
Minimum of two years related experience in a spa or resort environment preferred.
High school education or equivalent.
Technical school certification required. State and county license required.
