Your New RoleAs the Space Management Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our Space Management Program Office, providing operational support for administrative spaces across the FAA Technical Center. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating space audits to assess workstation and private office utilization.
Correcting and maintaining data sets to improve space management program effectiveness.
Assisting with personnel relocations and planning to meet strategic goals.
Evaluating and processing space management requests using Archibus.
Tracking and analyzing space utilization, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and strategic objectives.
Supporting the Customer Space Holder's Management Council (CSMC) in prioritizing and recommending space-related projects.
Communicating strategic goals, mission, and vision within the Space Management Program.
