In this role, you will:
Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts in various topics and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring the models reflect a comprehensive understanding of various topics.Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance the model's accuracy in various contexts.Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their applicability in the respective domains.We are looking for a professional who exhibits:
A Bachelor's/Master's degree studied in Spanish, with a focus on linguistics/marketing/communication/business administration/political science or any related humanities/social science field.Exceptional proficiency in written Spanish: proficient in different writing styles/style guides and well versed in Grammar.Strong understanding of the fundamentals of the Spanish language, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics.Minimum B2-C1 level of English proficiency.Enjoy editing and proofreading to create high-quality copy.Analytical Excellence.Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.Previous experience in writing for Large Language Models is a strong plus.We conduct our work in English, but the AI training will be in Spanish. Therefore, it is important that you have at least a conversational level of English for our internal communication.
