As we expand, we are seeking dedicated BCBA's to join our team, creating and overseeing treatment plans for clients as well as providing supervision to our BTs.
Responsibilities: Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.Customize behavior intervention plans for your clientsProvide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior TechniciansAnalyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changesEnsure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!
