Clair Brothers Audio Systems, the product division of Clair Global, is looking for a Speaker Assembly Technician to join the ranks of our skilled manufacturing department in Lititz, PA.

JOB SUMMARY: The Speaker Assembly Technician is responsible for working in a team environment to efficiently assemble and build speaker cabinets.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

Ability to read CAD prints and perform standard measurement calculations Ability to document and maintain quality control records Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions EXPERIENCE: Basic assembly skills Use of air powered tools and hot glue dispensing machine RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Perform typical cabinet assembly functions Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with match, and company paid life and long-term disability insurance.
