Classroom Management: Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment. Qualifications: Education and Certification: Bachelors degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). Valid Michigan Special Education Certification (Teacher of Students with Disabilities or equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in special education (preferred but not required). Experience with various disabilities and learning challenges, including autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional disturbances. Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
