Special Education Teacher

Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers and other support staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
Utilize evidence-based methodologies to promote academic, social, and emotional development among students with disabilities.
Provide direct instruction and support in both small group and one-on-one settings.
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Minnesota State Special Education Certification for grades K-12.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Proficiency in special education laws and regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
