Summary:
Responsible for supporting operational leadership with projects that fall outside of existing operations staff responsibilities. Organizes personnel and resources to meet project goals and deadlines efficiently and profitably. Works with production, warehousing, and delivery teams and to provide any necessary support for departmental initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with management to identify objectives, programs, directives, and strategies to optimize operational performance Coordinate and organize team members and resources from multiple departments to complete projects profitably and efficiently. Establish and maintain project deadlines and action plans. Communicate with vendors and outside companies to establish schedules and protocol for operations. Monitor existing and/or establish KPI's to track progress and identify performance improvements. Create reports and dashboards to visualize changes and identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure success and support of initiatives. Promote and encourage change and continuous improvement of existing workflows and practices. Interpret multiple forms of data and make informed decisions to increase efficiencies and profitability. Conduct routines follow ups on completed projects to ensure continued success. Perform other duties, as assigned. What you Bring to Pacific Seafood: Preferred:Bachelor degree required in Business, Technology, or Operations Management or equivalent work experience.Previous Supply Chain, Logistics, or Food Services industry experience.Valid driver's licenseOther Knowledge, Skills or Abilities RequiredAbility to travel as needed.Thorough knowledge of systems development processes and interdependencies.Ability to effectively influence and interact/collaborate with senior level management.Ability to manage resources in a continuously changing environment with competing demands.Proven track record of successful project implementation with definable contributions business value.Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence actions/decisions of others.Strong functional domain knowledge in general operations, finance, sales & HR.Salary Range: $50,490 - $61,000 annually
