What you will be doing
Summary:
This role oversees operational functions and performance of the Virtual Sequestration program. Responsibilities include managing customer implementation, support, and subsequent tactical tasks, ensuring seamless internal/external program operations. This position is categorized as working cross-functionally with various internal teams to work toward seamless execution and growth of the program. This role will contribute to continuous improvement efforts targeted at enhancing program operations.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
Supports Product Manager with all operational aspects to drive seamless execution of the program
Understands and is knowledgeable on all aspects of the Program
Manages, with direction and support from the Product Manager, Program implementation/customer onboarding, including but not limited to customer set-up, product set-up, kick-off calls, etc., ensuring all tasks are effectively completed to provide a seamless launch to enrolled customers
Serves as a key customer contact for questions and issues that arise in the Virtual Sequestration program
Develops and monitors standard work processes and makes suggestions for modifications to increase and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy for improving program operations; implements changes as directed or needed
Responsible for managing tactical operations with high level of complexity
Leads identification and preparation of data and KPIs for tracking customer behavior and system performance, ensuring customer-facing teams are prepared with data and insights to support clients and improve pull-through of the program
Creates and manages on-going internal and external reports – identifies opportunities for streamlining and/or creating dashboards to best support internal/external requirements
Manages on-going communications and support for program customers, scheduling and leading meetings as needed/required
Identifies and helps document program bugs/fixes and collaborates, as needed, with internal teams' subject matter experts to resolve Program issues
Helps to obtain and document customer feedback to identify opportunities for program development
Defines and understands the technical scope and objectives of the program
Adheres to and assists in the development of standards and procedures for program reporting and documentation
Works cross-functionally and clearly communicates program timelines, action items, etc
Drafts and types correspondence and/or presentations to be sent to internal and external contacts
Provides training to internal customer-facing teams on the Program to answer high level questions
Participates in customer and sales calls as the SME to support Program questions
Joins all relevant internal calls to understand issues, updates, and changes to the Program
Assists with a variety of scheduled and unscheduled projects occurring in the department at any given time
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time (including overnight travel) as required to effectively manage Program
What your background should look like
Requires some training in fields such as business administration, program management, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
Normally requires a minimum of three plus years related and progressively responsible experience
Ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously with solid time management skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to document business requirements
Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
Strong project management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
