Join our dynamic Specialized Operational Support (SOS) team as a fully remote, 1099 contractor and experience unparalleled flexibility and freedom.

From assisting clients with health insurance plan selection to handling issue tickets, you'll engage in diverse and rewarding tasks that keep your workday interesting and fulfilling.

This role offers an exciting chance to explore the health insurance industry while contributing to our mission of improving the system.
Responsibilities: Serve as the kind and knowledgeable voice for the client Navigate our platform to help customers choose a health plan Act as the frontline support team for employees navigating their amazing new benefits to help them select the best health plan.
Research details and costs for employees with high-health needs and take extra steps to ensure the right plan has been chosen Research application issues by reviewing accounts, calling insurance carriers, and communicating with our clients as needed Input client information in a timely and accurate manner to ensure carrier deadlines are met Create Excel documents if needed for special projects Research health plans, doctor networks and prescription costs Submit Insurance applications Requirements: Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task Able to prioritize Customer and/or Vendor issues and escalate or solve with urgency Familiarity working with web-based tools such as CRM tools like HubSpot or other payment processing forms Excellent written, proofreading, and verbal communication skills Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multitask Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, clients, partners, and corporate executives Must have access to a reliable computer and a strong wifi connection Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred This is a 1099 seasonal contract with pay ranging from $21-$23/ hr Contract will start 11/11/2024 and end 02/28/2025 Working at Take Command
