Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager of SMB Retail to join our growing team and help expand our retail presence across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of small to medium-sized retail accounts within the housewares, gift, outdoor, and grocery industries. You'll be at the forefront of building relationships with retailers, driving revenue growth, and representing the Fellow brand in key markets. This is a hands-on role that involves end-to-end sales management—from prospecting new accounts to nurturing existing ones, all while providing exceptional service and delivering growth targets. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a start-up environment, is very detail oriented and has clear, concise, and timely communication internally and externally.

This role will potentially require some travel for trade shows and industry events throughout the year. Responsibilities Manage and cultivate relationships with retail accounts in the housewares, gift, outdoor, and grocery sectors. Manage the full sales cycle, including identifying new prospects, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. Generate new business opportunities by outbound prospecting and identifying untapped retail channels and accounts. Monitor orders, sales performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to fulfillment. Serve as the main point of contact for your accounts, providing consistent, high-touch communication and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to work lead funnel, track and manage sales activities, and maintain an up-to-date account database. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in a sales account management role, with a proven track record in managing retail accounts within consumer goods, housewares, gift, outdoor, or grocery industries. Experience working with specialty products and an understanding of the premium consumer market is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
