Responsibilities
• Greeting guests and providing individualized service.• Conducting professional makeup demonstrations and applications.• Sharing product knowledge and makeup trends.• Acting as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty and M•A•C.• Maintaining a client portfolio and meeting sales targets.• Participating in promotions and marketing initiatives.• Studying and practicing Skill Certification requirements.• Cleaning and organizing the work environment.• Assisting with inventory management tasks.
Requirements
• 3-4 years of prestige product line retail experience.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Adherence to dress code standards and professional appearance.• Sales, product, and service competency.• Strong guest relationship building and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Availability to work nights and weekends.• Possibly requiring a Demonstrator's license in some states.
