Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (Slpa) Full-Time

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. About the Role: Soliant Education is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Wilmington, NC. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their communication development in a school environment. Responsibilities: Assist the SLP in delivering speech and language therapy to students. Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the SLP. Document and track student progress, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SLP to enhance student outcomes. Foster a positive and supportive environment for students to improve their communication skills. Qualifications: Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field. Valid SLPA license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one. Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
