Full or Part-Time School Based SLPs for ******** academic school year Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current, Active TN Speech-Language Pathology License (or ability to obtain). American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF). A valid U.S. driver's license. Background check clearance. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which may include reaching, walking, bending, sitting, standing, hearing, seeing, and stooping during the work shift. Use of one's own transportation, computer, printer, and smartphone. Minimum of 1 year experience with pediatric populations (specific to school-based and early intervention opportunities). Requirements/Responsibilities: The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for providing professional evaluations, treatment, and counsel to patients with speech, language, swallowing, or voice disorders. Displaying exemplary professionalism that represents the mission and values of Synapse and its partners. Collaborating as a team member as warranted to provide well-rounded care. Providing timely written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to the appropriate database.
