Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results.* Develop Treatment Plans with short and long term goals.* Plan and provide individual and/or group therapy according to the individual needs and goals.* Provide family education and training to assist in carryover of skills into a client's daily living environment.* Make appropriate referrals for additional services.* Supervise other Speech Therapists and/or CFs, graduate students, and volunteers, as assigned.* Participate in in-service training and/or parent education programs as appropriate.*Qualifications** Must hold a New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license.* Pediatric experience is preferred.* Effective and efficient problem solver.* Positive tone in interactions with staff.* Exhibits responsibility and professionalism.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Demonstrates organization and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrates an initiative to learn in order to meet goals and/or targets.* Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as requested.* Welcomes constructive feedback and applies to promote growth and development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* PediatricsSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsExperience:* Pediatrics: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Speech Language Pathology License (Required)* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language (Preferred)Work Location: In person
