Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist in Mulberry, IN! Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a rewarding contract assignment in Mulberry, IN! Soliant has partnered with a prominent school district and is seeking part- and full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologists to support elementary and junior high schools. Details about the District and specific school assignments will be provided during a direct interview with school administrators, following a successful phone screening with Soliant representatives. Requirements: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License Responsibilities: Assess students referred for possible speech and language needs. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings to determine student eligibility. Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions for students with identified speech and language disorders. Develop individualized education plans and present them to parents, school administrators, and others involved with student evaluations. Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns. Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload. Provide progress reports to parents. Organize student caseload and develop a schedule for each assigned school. Develop resource materials for use in speech and language development. Desired Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of Indiana Special Education procedures and best practices for SLPs in school settings. Professionalism and accountability.
