Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (CFY) to join our groundbreaking team.
This role is ideal for new graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a pioneering, child-centered environment.
As a CFY with us, you will receive comprehensive clinical support and mentorship from California state-licensed and ASHA-certified SLPs, with opportunities to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary setting.

Join a team led by our founder, who has been recognized with the Jefferson Award for Public Service, inducted into the ACGOV Women's Hall of Fame, and named Woman of the Year by Assemblywoman Baker in 2018. Ramp-Up Period: We offer a ramp-up period to ensure you can smoothly integrate into your role without burnout. Supervision: During your CFY, you'll see six clients daily, with two hours dedicated to charting built into your schedule.
You'll also meet with your supervisor twice a week for feedback, caseload guidance, and session observations. Competitive Compensation and paid non-billable hours: Earn a strong salary with performance bonuses, 401K, immediate health coverage, and paid time off from your first day.
You will be paid a full day even if patients cancel, additional documenting time, breaks, Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a balanced schedule with paid chart time, no travel requirements, and a child-centered campus that allows you to focus entirely on the kids. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Gain experience and knowledge from working alongside a diverse team of professionals, including OTs, behavior therapists, and educators. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Fellowship Support: Participate in a structured CFY supervision with personalized mentoring, license assistance, and training in essential clinical soft skills. Provide Individualized Care: Administer diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans for children with various speech-language disorders. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, behavior therapists, educators, and fellow SLPs to ensure comprehensive care for each child. Family Education: Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and home management strategies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all treatment sessions, assessments, and communication with families. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual skills are a plus! Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, kneel, sit on the floor, and climb stairs as needed. Ability to work in a moderate to loud environment, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Range
$80,000.00 Annually to $100,359.00 Annually
