Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist - School Based

Compensation: $94,000 - $114,000 DOE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for varying populations and varying disorders while utilizing both formal measures and informal measures aligned with evidence based practices, industry guidelines and standards of practices Execute individual treatment plans for clients using evidence based practices Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals and projected discharge dates Educate and train families about various speech and language techniques and strategies Supervise up to two (2) SLPAs and up to one (1) SLP-CFs in compliance with current CA Board standards Collaborative with a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff to ensure clients are receiving quality services and goals are being met Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted licensure to work in the State of California from CA Board of Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Current and unrestricted Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) Benefits Alternative Work Schedule 4/10 Option Competitive Salary and Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life/AD&D Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program Reimbursement for CEUs and Opportunities for Professional Development Annual Bonus Program Flexible Spending Account Paid Holidays
