As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication barriers and improve their speech, language, and social skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language assessments for students with communication challenges. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student success. Assist in the development and participation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Track and document progress for each student, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active PA SLP License or ability to obtain. Strong communication and organizational skills.
