Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to implement and monitor students speech and language goals. Collaborate to create strategies for supporting communication development in the classroom setting. IEP Development & Implementation: Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language goals. Consultation & Training: Offer consultation to teachers and staff on how to support students with speech and language needs within the classroom. Provide professional development to educators on speech-language strategies and best practices.
