Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional therapeutic services within a reputable school district in Fort Gaines, GA. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year, offering an onsite opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication and speech disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals. Provide direct speech therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve their speech, language, and communication skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the school team to ensure effective integration of therapy into the students' educational plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and related paperwork. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active SLP license in the state of Georgia (or eligible for licensure). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome. Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices, as well as current research and trends in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and the school team. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
