Flexible scheduling, Weekday availability required, occasional weekends.The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Complies with physician referrals to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of disabilities. Independently evaluates, determines treatment strategies and provides direct or indirect services that identify, restore and rehabilitate disorders of communication, cognition and swallowing to maximize a patient's safety and independence. These standards allow us to bring out the very best in our clients and our staff.QualificationsEducation RequirementsM.A. or M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology.Current State of CT Department of Health Services license as a Speech Therapist.Certificate of Clinical Competence.Minimum RequirementsModified Barium Swallow study experienceExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent customer service skills*Availability to work at both campuses, New Britain and Southington, required.Preferred QualificationsFEES study experience
