COMPENSATION: $115-$125 per visit DOE STATUS: PRN
SCHEDULE: Schedule Flexibility M-F 8am - 5pm
LOCATION: Openings throughout the West Side, Phoenix , Glendale, and Sun City

Job Summary Provide quality patient care including screening and evaluation of patients, and development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care Maintain professional conduct that represents Aegis' commitment to quality service in all interactions with patients, family members, and facilities Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients by providing, and directing speech therapy Observe, note, and report on progress of long and short-term treatment goals Perform other duties as assigned Desired Skills & Qualifications Current Licensed, registered of Certified in the state of practice Minimum of 2 years related experience preferred.
Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
