Role Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a proactive manner Demonstrate passion and knowledge for sports and activities to engage with customers Maintain high merchandise presentation standards Promote company programs and seasonal promotions Create an inclusive and welcoming store environment Support the team and perform other tasks as needed Qualifications: Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items up to 35 lbs.
Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
