Job Description:
Realplay is looking for self-driven Interns for the Fall baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sports Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live-event operations, sports video operations, and data collection. Our Sports Data Interns will be tasked with the following:
Attend Realplay's partner facility "Kemba Sports Complex" score live games using our softwareLearn how to setup and operate Realplay's professional sports video systemAttend indoor facility where Realplay equipment is set up to score pre-recorded gamesEngage and communicate with coaches, facility staff, and tournament attendees at eventsWork directly with management staff to execute strategic objectives and various projects as neededParticipate in professional advancement exercisesCommunicate with supervisors and other staff members to achieve a common goalTreat all equipment properly and with careContribute to product development and innovationRequirements:Excellent professional communication skillsUnderstanding of baseball/softballEnergy, enthusiasm, and self-motivatedComfortable working with new technologyStrong attention to detailEasy access to transportation to and from sitesDesire to work within a fast-paced environmentThis is not a paid internship, but is available for school credit
