Realplay delivers video of every swing, pitch, and defensive play that any player makes on a baseball or softball field. Our cameras capture every moment for each player and store them on personalized profiles in order to help players improve their game, easily share their highlights with anyone, and hold onto memories.
Job Description:
Realplay is looking for self-driven Interns for the Spring/Summer baseball and softball season. As a member of our Sports Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live-event operations, sports video operations, and data collection. Our Sports Data Interns will be tasked with the following:
Attend Realplay's partner facility "Kemba Sports Complex" in West Chester Township, OH to score live games using our softwareLearn how to setup and operate Realplay's professional sports video systemAttend indoor facility where Realplay equipment is set up to score pre-recorded gamesEngage and communicate with coaches, facility staff, and tournament attendees at eventsParticipate in professional advancement exercisesCommunicate with supervisors and other staff members to achieve a common goalTreat all equipment properly and with careContribute to product development and innovationRequirements:
Excellent professional communication skills
Understanding of baseball/softball
Energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivated
Comfortable working with new technology
Strong attention to detail
Easy access to transportation to and from sites
Desire to work within a fast-paced environment

Training and Operations Start Dates are subject to change, but will likely be in April or early May and run through the duration of the season as needed.
